What makes our certificates different
Hash-chained custody
Each serial's journey — intake photo, sanitization, destruction — is an append-only, SHA-256 hash-chained log. Retroactive edits are cryptographically impossible.
NIST 800-88 sanitization
Clear, purge, or destroy — the method, standard, and certificate hash are embedded in the device's custody event, not just printed on paper.
Per-serial destruction certs
Shred, crush, or degauss — every device gets its own certificate, and the job manifest lists every serial with its certificate hash and custody event hash.
Trade-in buyback
Working devices are valued, purchased, sanitized, and refurbished for resale — you get a credit, the data gets destroyed either way.
How a job runs
- Quote — tell us device count and types via the intake form.
- Ship or drop off — we photograph and serialize every device at the dock.
- Sanitize — NIST 800-88, certificate hash-linked into the chain.
- Disposition — destroy (with cert), resell (you get the buyback credit), or release to our certified downstream recycling partner.
- Manifest — one PDF: every serial, method, certificate hash, custody hash. File it with your compliance evidence.
Typical pricing: intake & audit $8/device · certified destruction $18/device · volume pricing on bulk jobs — ask for a quote.
