Who holds title to the inventory?

You do, under standard consignment terms — we store, insure, and ship on your instruction, and you keep title until sale. Wholesale terms (we buy stock) are available for proven SKUs if you prefer.

How do returns from US customers work?

Your customers ship to our US address. We triage within 72 hours with photos and grading, then follow your disposition rules: sanitize and restock as open-box, cross-ship a replacement, hold for your decision, or consolidate into a monthly pallet back to Europe — avoiding per-parcel duty on reentry.

Who is actually handling our hardware?

Security practitioners with deep offensive-security backgrounds — not general warehouse staff. Intake, QC, sanitization, and RMA triage are done by people who understand why your tamper seals matter.

What does support under our brand look like?
